Acceptance of terms
By using this website or engaging Mango Monks for any service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Our services
We provide website design and development, branding, marketing, e-commerce, integrations, analytics and maintenance services as described in each written proposal.
Quotes & payments
All quotes are valid for 30 days. Work begins once the proposal is accepted and the advance payment is received. Invoices are payable within 7 days.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide content, feedback and approvals on time. Delays in providing these may shift project timelines.
Intellectual property
On full payment, ownership of final deliverables transfers to you. We may showcase the work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Limitation of liability
Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect losses or third-party platform outages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Shivamogga, Karnataka.
