Refund & Cancellation Policy

Free consultations
Consultations are free. You can reschedule or cancel any time; we only ask for a quick message if you cannot attend.
Project advances
The advance payment reserves our team’s time and covers discovery and planning. It is refundable in full if cancelled before any work begins.
Cancellation by client
If you cancel mid-project, you pay for work completed up to that point. Any balance from payments already made will be refunded.
Milestone payments
Payments for approved milestones are non-refundable, as the corresponding work has been delivered and accepted.
Care plans & subscriptions
Monthly plans can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice. Fees for the current month are non-refundable.
